Payment Options

Numerous Ways to Pay

Lincoln Automotive Financial Services provides simple and convenient payment options.

Online

Make a single payment or have recurring payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on a specific date each month.

To make online payments:

  • Register or log in to Account Manager
  • Select the Payment Options tab
  • Choose single or automatic payments

Mobile

Another option that allows you to get things done whenever you have time.

To make a payment from your mobile device:

  • Go to lincolnafs.com/mobileam in your browser
  • Log in to Account Manager
  • Choose single or automatic payments

Phone

Your phone is a convenient way to make a secure, direct payment from your checking or savings account 24/7. You also have the flexibility of selecting a specific payment date.

In addition, your payment will be credited to your account the next business day* (a $7.00 transaction fee may apply**).

Make a payment by phone:

  • Call 1-866-973-4452
  • Enter your account number
  • Enter the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's SSN or Taxpayer ID Number
  • Enter your bank account and routing numbers (see sample check here)
  • Confirm the payment amount and the due date of the debit with your bank

*Transfers authorized before 5 p.m. ET (Monday through Friday) will receive credit the following business day and be posted to your account within two business days. Transfers authorized at or after 5 p.m. ET (Monday through Friday, weekends or holidays) will receive credit the second business day and be posted to your account within three business days.

**Customers who reside in CO or CT will not be assessed a fee. Customers who reside in IN will not be assessed a fee if also paying a late fee.

Mail

Send your check and your payment invoice to the address listed on the invoice. If you have any questions, please Contact us.

Combined Billing

If you have two or more vehicle accounts, you can enroll in Combined Billing. This allows you to receive a single, consolidated statement every month.

Enrollment:

  • Simply complete our enrollment form and mail or fax as indicated.
  • Call 1-888-498-8801 and we will mail or email you a form.

Your consolidated Combined Billing statement will begin with the next billing cycle after enrollment is complete.

MoneyGram or Western Union

These companies allow you to wire a payment to your account for same-day credit. It is posted to your account the next business day as long as it is received before 6 p.m. ET.

Please note:

Both MoneyGram and Western Union accept cash only if you make your payment in person. Another option is utilizing MoneyGram's online service, which accepts credit cards. MoneyGram charges a fee for their service.
