  • Go to lincolnafs.com/mobileam in your phone's browser
  • Log in to Account Manager
  • Make payments (choose single or automatic payments)
  • View your account information
  • View your statement

Making Your Lease-End Experience Convenient

You have three options at the end of your Red Carpet Lease.

1. Purchase or Lease a New Lincoln

Your originating dealer* will be happy to help you select your next Lincoln and walk you through the wide range of finance programs and payment options we offer.

2. Purchase Your Lease Vehicle

Please review the Purchase Option price in your Lease Agreement and return to your originating dealer. They will:

  • Provide a final purchase price with taxes and other charges
  • Facilitate lease-end requirements, such as, having you sign the federally required Odometer Statement
  • Complete your purchase transaction

3. Return Your Lease Vehicle to Your Originating Dealer

Please take the following steps to help ensure a smooth vehicle return:

  • Review the Excess Wear and Use section of this website. It explains the return process and will help you identify if your vehicle has any Excess Wear and Use or Excess Mileage. Identifying Excess Wear and Use before returning your vehicle allows time to process claims for damage covered under your insurance policy.
  • Schedule a vehicle return appointment with your originating dealer. Take this opportunity to discuss:
    • Any Excess Wear and Use you have or think you may have.
    • Your replacement vehicle needs.
  • Determine if you have WearCare®. If you purchased WearCare® your Excess Wear and Use charges may already be covered – refer to your WearCare® Addendum for details.
  • Make needed repairs. Please keep receipts in case they are needed to verify repairs made.
  • Return your vehicle to the originating dealer by the lease-end date. To fulfill your lease obligations, you need to
    • Review and sign the Odometer Statement (required by federal law).
    • Satisfy any remaining financial obligations.

* If you have moved and now live more than 75 miles from your originating dealer, you may return your lease vehicle to a participating Lincoln dealer.
