Tires
Any sidewall damage/plugs or exposed cords/belts are chargeable.
Exterior Body
Four or more dings, dents or scratches per panel or any with a diameter greater than four inches are chargeable.
Wheels
Scratches greater than 6 inches and gouges deeper than ½ inch are chargeable.
Lenses
Minor scratches and scuffs are considered normal wear and use. Cracked or broken lenses, however, are chargeable.
Glass
Because even small cracks and chips can compromise safety, all glass damage is chargeable.

Interior Burn Holes
Three or more per panel or any with a diameter greater than 1/8 inch are chargeable.
Interior Stains
Two or more per panel or any stains greater than ½ inch in diameter are chargeable.
Interior Cuts and Tears
Three or more per panel or any greater than ½ inch are chargeable.

What Is Considered Excess Wear and Use?
WearCare® waives chargeable damage with the following conditions:
If your vehicle has been driven an average of 25,000 miles or less per year, we will waive the total responsibility for excess wear and use charges at scheduled lease-end, up to a maximum of $7,500.
If your vehicle has been driven for more than an average of 25,000 miles per year, we will waive half of your responsibility for excess wear and use charges at scheduled lease-end, up to a maximum of $3,750.
